What Do You Say We Leave For California -

Well why don't i just begin by saying , yes i do realise i am most probably THE most neglectful
blogger of 2011 but i come to you today with the news that summer has now began ! praise the
heaven's i am so happy and have a few (terrible)  pictures of my first summer outfit.

Very simple and in my opinion boring but i did team it with a blazer and the cutest flats i own
although i decided to picture my new shoes which i bought under the pretense that i would at
least  wear them to prom , they do make me 6ft2 though and so i look slightly giant in
comparison to ... well , everyone. But that's another thing to look foward to , my prom outfit !

Its very long flowing with soft structuring and the slightest grecian theme , oh i love it and i hope
everyone else will too, and along with that if anyone could kindly give me hair style ideas i would
love you forever , i always do the same thing and so i want to be different for prom.

Edges i Like Them Rough-

So i am feeling like i have neglected my dear blog beyond belief , and i apoligise but i have
been so busy , GCSE's start on monday ! Any who this week being my last of secondary school
alot went on including me dressing up as grapes for my last day. I shan't post pictures as i look
positively ridculous but i did manage to win 2nd most fashionable of the year & this is fine by me
as it means not everyone loves my style but not everyone hates it.

In relation to my guilt i have taken a few pictures of my favourite purchase of 2011 so far , this
dress is suprisingly from primark and i just love everything. the high neckline the lace overly the
tulle like skirt , for me it's the best. Although i hate wearing red this is a coral tone of red and is
so bright much like that of a topshop printed dress you may have seen. Anyway have my guilt
pictures and i can't wait till i have more time to blog , comments are loved & thank you to all
my followers , there may be few but the fact someone might read this just makes me smile ☮

Long Live McQueen-

All i have to say is wow , how sad is it that i got teary when i saw the dress ?
Alexander himself would have been so proud i'm sure , i always knew it would
be a McQueen and when i saw it i just knew.  I could literally talk about so much
the way they made the hips slightly larger with that odd shaping Mcqueen always
does and how much did it slim the waist? wow the way the skirt hung was just beau-
tiful and the sweetheart neckline was perfect with the contrast of the v neck lace.
sorry i could rant forever i'm so boring all i want to say is some fashion moments
just make me want to talk and talk as they are just that beautiful.

Scary Monsters & Nice Sprites-

Well , i can't even make up excuses for not blogging in a while although i will say
that i blame revision , tumblr , friends & the vampire diaries for taking up all my time.
So it  feels so good to get back to blogging and i have some lovely new clothes to
show you lovelies , although i probably won't end up photographing them for a while.

So once again i have been at my nails trying different things , below are pictures of my
union jack nails and my colour pop leopard nails , i'm slightly obsessed with nail art right
now it's so calming and something i'm actually semi ok at.

This has Gotta Be The Good Life-

I have failed on the constant blog updates , which makes me sad , but i have been pretty
busy this past week. I have been Loving Half term although i seem to have negelected
my revision and so i feel really bad , anyway here are just some brief pictures , funnily
enough they are all of my hands/wrists ... yay!

so i did my nails this week with a "half moon" manicure which is all over the catwalks
right now , i really love it although it's slightly annoying when the colours merge and
you have to start again : /  Along with that i got some lovely rings from the topshop
sale along with some temporary tattoos which may seem very childish but i think they
are pretty cool  , They remind of when Chanel had them on their catwalks last year i do
believe ?  which were so so beautiful.

Sorry this is such a short rubbish-y post but i have recently sorted my tumblr so check it

It is what it is-

So , I'm guessing i would give the impression of being a lazy blogger , right? .. wrong. i am
in fact a girl who is contantly bogged down with work , whether it be textiles revision
(may i mention my teacher has given me literally all the past paper questions she could
find ?) or trying to defy the odds that my terrible English teacher has ruined my chance at
an A... whatever though because now its HALFTERM , and although i will studying the
majority, i will in fact also have a few days for fun (:

In which i am hoping to take a view pictures for this lovely little blog here and do as many
posts as i can , but for now all am doing is trying to be less tired after my fab day at the river

I'm guessing I'm not the only one who consistently flicks through the pages of magazines to
find that their lusted after items are in fact hundreds of pounds?

I Know That We've Still Got Time, But i Do Not Think We're Invinsible-

Wellwellwell , i am not in the best of moods , well, scratch that i am in the worst mood
i have been in for a long time and i shan't bother you with the stupid irrelavant teenage
details; Instead here is the outfit i wore to see the amazing Les Miserables last week
nothing out of the ordinary , although i must say i love each item of clothing in this
outfit a great deal , non the less it is slightly boring but my done up shirt and ribbon
make me feel stupendously dapper.Hopefully i'll be back to myself soon , and hoping
my little old blog shall someday be noticed , what can i say , sometimes the lack
of sucsess gets me down.. oh well love all the comments i recieve much appreciated

If We Just Hold On , Maybe Life Could Be Sweet-

Sooo as i said in my last post i forgot to take a picture of my "non school uniform" day
outfit and so i actually took pictures of it at the weekend when i had some spare time
between activities. The outfit is simply complied of my new sailor shorts from primark
, seriously i love them they  are , i don't know how to say , i'd describe them as
"flouncy" ha , and i kept it simple with a white vest top and a lace cardi which is actually
a topshop sale find from ages ago. finaly finished it off with my school bag and my
loafers because i am obsessed with them , just a quick post because i'm off for a jog

A Game We Play Called Life-

Well , i do believe i have neglected my blog horribly , but seeing as this is the most important/
busy year of my life so far i feel like i have a reason to not blog on my regular schedule (:
Now i was supposed to take pictures of the outfit i wore to my non school uniform day on
Friday but seeing as i am learning my french oral / went out friday and sunday i was unable to
photograph it , damn.

This is such a nonsence post but i need time to gather all the ideas i've had floating around my
head for this dear blog , so i shall leave you with a quick selection of  pictures,

What You Don't Have Now Will Come Back Again-

This weekend was so lovely , the weather was semi spring like and i had
good plans finally got to go shopping (been broke saving up for reading festival) ,
anyway earned some extra cash and bought a lovely denim waistcoat , loafers
and a really nice pair of shorts. Although i acidently spent all my money in primark
whoops, had enough for this lovely long necklace from newlook though.



I love the pale wash denim the waistcoat is made of and the white lace
overlay on the shoulder , pretty sure it will be one of my main summer items ,
along with the shorts which i shall post at some other time.I actually wore this
outfit out with my super old topshop denim jacket , simple but goes with so
much.

Crave You-

Yet another quick post , just thought i'd keep my prior promise and show the bag and
necklace i got while charity shop shopping.
I have actually used both of these things so much already , damn the focus on my
camera it actually says "from the bottom of my heart" .. ahh i love nautical jewelery.
I reckon the bag looks slightly like a camera case but i love it it's like a box bag it's
so sturdy and i'm pretty sure it's real leather , my second favourite bag , my favourite
being my louis vuitton ... but thats a whole other post waiting to happen.
School and everything is super busy right now but i am buying my Reading festival
ticket soon so shall be able to stop saving and by some of my lust haves so i can
show all you lovelies , as usual thanks for reading comments are loooved ☮

Working On White Lies-

Not feeling super cheery today , it's a shame really , but i'm loving polyvore at the moment
so here's two outfits i put together. My god i want all these items badly , it's basicaly my
lust have's put into outfits... just look at that vintage chanel bag , yum.

Pocket Full Of Secrets-

I am so excited to write this! i genrally avoid using exclamation marks but i am so happy
my dress is finally done and i am now showing it off to you my lovely readers.
My dress is inspired by Mardis Gras which is like a massive celebration in places such
as New Orleans.Several things are involved with it such as large street parties , colourful
beads and the main colours are purple , green and gold... i've never been a fan of wearing
gold though. In terms of fashion being inspired by this festival things such as bright colours
and masks are used as basic ideas.




when it comes to my dress the sweetheart neckline was inspired by mask shape as well
as using two of the main colours of the festival and in actual fact the diamond/kite shape
used for the embellishment (on the midriff of the dress which you can hardly see) is a
main feature in mardis gras costumes which are often ellaborate and very show girly.


So i'm really sorry if i've bored you guys with this post but i have spent so much time on this
i could talk about this for hours seriously i'm that into it...
and yes i realise the pictures make the dress look tacky,it looks nicer in real life and i look
a lot less large in it in real life as well  (:

You're My Shooting Star-

So just a really quick post today , thought i'd show an otfit me and my dear friend Amelia
styled , we went charity shop shopping today, it was so much fun.
The blouse is actually Amelias which she bought for £4.80 , i was so jealous it was a fight
to the till .. but i bought the most beautiful bag which i'll show you another time
as well as a really nice necklace.




So to go with the lovely navy sheer-ness of the top i paired it with a camel colour
skirt which is actually my mums i must admit but i love it , simple accesories kinda
finsih it off. sorry bit of a boring post but just thought i'd show my love for charity
shops..is it sad that i think that each item has a slight story.. yeah probably , anyway

We Are The Constellations in The Sky-

So this halfterm it all kicked off with yet another 16th Birthday party , this time in a
club venue , well everyone always gets dressed up for parties like this and so i was
no different although i had considerably less flesh on show compared to others.
I suppose i've always been a believer in dressing for yourself, not to show off or fit
the aesthetic of what guys want .. anyway i shan't rant , i'll just show my outfit (;


So the base of my outfit was this beautiful dress i bought from Motel , which is actually
not their own brand , the skirt is made from recycled vintage material & i love it definatly
a good buy. I suppose you could say i built up a bit of a black and gold colour scheme to
go with this dress matching the accesories and shoes , at first i could'nt choose which shoes
to wear but in the end went with the simple black crossover tie up heels.

My favourite accesory of the night being my "dream" bracelet from swarovski , i'm a magpie
so the sparkles really suit my taste. I paired the dress with a simple blazer for a more classy
look and thats it really ... It was a really lovely party with the Birthday girl wearing a "mullet"
dress in a lime green colour with an embellished bodice area , very prom looking & very lovely.
As it's halfterm i suppose i may do a few more outfit posts (more interesting outfits) , anyway

For life-

Ever so sorry for this rubbish short post and the lack of posts this week , just finished school
and the final night of my school's gym and dance show , SO much fun.
Anyway hopefully some new outfit posts coming up due to halfterm and pictures of my dress
i made for GCSE , took so much work i hope you guys like it when you see it.

Just a quick post my lovelies , today is the commercial day of love , OH JOY.
loving being single today let me tell you , my lovely mum bought me a GU
cheescake to show her love bless her heart (: just thought i'd show some items
of clothes from missguided.co.uk that i love , forget boyfriends i'd rather have

so the first item is the "jolene" open back blouse comes in a few colours , the basics
, black and white as well as "blush" and "watermelon, all lovely (although watermelon
would look horrendous with my skin tone)  below is the  blush , i love the open back
i always think showing a bit of back is better than cleavage but i suppose thats just me
and my weird habits (:

 

seriously some of the blouses on this site are so lovely if i had the money i would
buy quite a few.So along with the great range of blouses they have the cutest peter
pan collar dress , yes i know everyone has one , which puts me off but wow i love
this dress , the simple colours mean you could pair it with great accesories , yum.

AND they have a pair of navy chinos which i have wanted for ages but cant afford
AND they are only £18.99 , need to make my mother find this website so i can get
some goodies (:

i must rush off now got to prepare my textiles peice so that i can (hopefuly) finish
it tomorrow , after a full day of dance show rehearsals... wish me luck ! (:
